Payment

All payment transactions are done via Paypal, we do not store any of your credit card details, Paypal do not share your financial information with the supplier of the products.  Paypal are the leaders in online payments, protecting your credit card information using industry leading security. 

Returns

Any items that are damaged you can return for a replacement or full refund.  Also include copy of the invoice along with the returned item.  We recommend all return items are posted back by a signed for service like Royal Mail recorded delivery. 

Any soiled item we are unable to take back due to hygiene reasons. 

Privacy Policy

The only information we collect is at registration and we do not sell this information on to any 3rd party.  We do not hold any of your credit card details as payment is all done through an external provider called Paypal.
